  • At this time we recquire booking your head spa appointment in between move-ups/reinstallations to avoid any damage to your hair and hair extensions.

    We want all our clients to have the best possible head spa experience and hair extensions unfortunately interfere with our treatments.

  • Blow dry services are not included in your head spa treatment. A basic blow dry service can be added on for an additional $65, and 30 minutes added on to your appointment for the service. We also offer a blowout & style service for an additional $150, and 60 minutes added on to your appointment for the services.

    We have a range of styling and aftercare products for clients to use at their own leisure at the end of their appointment at the self service blow dry station including a Dyson Super Sonic blow dryer.

  • Our products are safe to use after hair color treatments. However, to ensure the best results and minimize any potential sensitivity, we recommend scheduling your appointment at least two weeks after your color service or before your next scheduled hair color appointment.

    We also recommend waiting two weeks after having your hair chemically straightened or permed.

  • We recommend against receiving a head spa treatment during pregnancy. This precaution is due to the high concentration of essential oils used in our products and the need to remain in a reclined position for an extended time (60-90 minutes), which may cause discomfort or other concerns for both mother and baby. For your safety and well-being, we strongly encourage consulting with your OB-GYN before scheduling an appointment.

  • Yes! Gift cards are available to purchase online via our website or in studio.

  • No, there’s no need to wash your hair before your appointment. In fact, the dirtier your hair, the better we can assess your scalp and hair condition accurately. We recommend avoiding washing your hair for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for optimal results and analysis.

  • Absolutely! We offer an exceptional range of NatureLab. Tokyo hair care products that are specially formulated to address psoriasis and other scalp conditions effectively.

  • Yes, absolutely. We warmly welcome men to experience the benefits of a head spa treatment. Even for clients who are bald, we offer a specialized range of products tailored to nourish and care for the scalp, ensuring a rejuvenating and beneficial experience for everyone.

  • Unfortunately we only have one treatment room at this time. In the future we hope to have multiple rooms for head spa services. Stay tuned!

  • Yes, of course! If you are under 18, your legal guardian will need to give permission and fill out your consultation form on your behalf.
